My Story
Having been a fitness instructor for almost 10 years, menopause arrived like an unexpected storm, disrupting the rhythm of my life and leaving me feeling disconnected from my own body. I had always practiced yoga to stay injury-free but Yoga began to offer me so much more. It became a profound gateway to personal growth and wellness as I began to navigate this new turbulent era in my life.
Yoga has taught me to embrace this new chapter of life with strength & grace. Now, I'm eager to share the transformative power of yoga, hoping to inspire others to find the same joy and balance I've discovered on the mat.
Embracing Change
Yoga reminds us that change is not just inevitable, but also an opportunity for growth. It encourages us to release attachment to fixed outcomes and instead find peace in the present moment, whatever it may bring. Through consistent practice, we develop the strength to face life's challenges and the flexibility to adjust our course when needed, ultimately learning to dance with change rather than resist it.
